Senior year is such an exciting milestone, and I’m here to help you capture every amazing moment. I know this year can feel like a whirlwind, which is why your session with me is all about laughter, joy, and capturing memories you’ll cherish forever! Together, we’ll showcase your unique style, personality, and passions in every photo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only photograph senior portraits?: I specialize in high school/college seniors and teens, but I also offer sessions for families, couples, and individuals looking to update their headshots.
What is a session fee?: Learn about my session fees on the investment page!
I need to reschedule, what do I need to do?: If you need to reschedule your session date or other appointment, please email me or give the studio a call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment!
What happens if it rains or there is bad weather on my scheduled session date?: If the weather is undesirable, we will reschedule your session for the closest next available date that works for each of our schedules. Rescheduling due to weather issues will be decided by the photographer.
When can I expect my print order to be ready?: Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed. If your order arrives earlier, I will be sure to contact you and arrange an earlier pick-up date! No portion may be received until the entire order is paid in full.
Who may/is required to attend the portrait session?: Sarah Coldiron Photography asks that a parent or legal guardian accompanies all minors to their portrait session. The immediate family of the model is welcome to attend the session.
What do I need to wear?: This is something we will discuss this during your complimentary consultation!

ABOUT

Sarah's journey into photography began with processing film at the Career Center High school in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She took her first photography course at the Career Center when she was a junior in high school and became fascinated by the processes and science behind creating and developing photographs through film and digital photography.

The Fall after graduating, Sarah pursued her passion for photography by attending Randolph Community College’s Photographic Technology program located in Asheboro, North Carolina. The program upholds a title as one of the best on the East coast. After two years of intensive coursework, direct hands-on experience, and a full time 8-week internship, she graduated top of her class with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Portrait Studio Management. Currently, Sarah operates her studio, Sarah Coldiron Photography LLC, in the heart of Lewisville, NC and teaches part time as an adjunct photography instructor at Randolph Community College.
